A confirmation with your booking reference and a breakdown of charges will be sent immediately after a successful booking. A detailed itinerary including time frame of the tours and activities will also be sent after booking. Your e-tickets (for flights), booking confirmation of your accommodation, tours and activities will be sent in a separate email within seven days once the accommodation and tour operators finalises the booking. Access to Wi-Fi is standard across the resorts and accommodations we book. Beyond that, for guaranteed connectivity and convenience, we also provide eSim (digital SIM card for your mobile phone. This ensures you have an active, mobile internet connection throughout your entire trip, so you never have to rely solely on resort or public Wi-Fi.
Baggage allowance is determined by the airline and the fare class booked. To add extra baggage, simply contact us promptly to request for additional baggage, and we can arrange additional baggage before the flight.

Travel insurance is not automatically included unless specifically added to the package. There is an option to purchase a plan during the booking process. You can still purchase a policy by contacting us to see if we can still add a plan to your existing booking before your travel dates.

If you find a lower rate for the exact same itinerary (date, flight number, fare class, room type, tours and activities) within 24 hours of booking, please submit a claim. We will either match the price or refund the difference, subject to specific terms outlined on our guarantee page.
You can usually enter special requests during the booking process in the checkout section. However, please be aware that all special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to the supplier’s availability.
