Arrival & Firefly and Plankton Tour

As soon as you land, your pre-arranged airport transfer will greet your family and take you directly to your resort. Sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful views along the way. Once you arrive at your resort, check-in and take a moment to breathe in the island air.

Start your first night with an evening under the stars with Coron’s famous Firefly and Bioluminescent Plankton Tour. As darkness descends, the boat will glide silently into the tranquil mangrove channels, where you will witness nature’s own light show: thousands of fireflies twinkling in synchronized colonies, turning the trees into glittering spectacles. The magic continues as the boat gently glides into the water, instantly activating the bioluminescent plankton that transforms the dark lagoon into a dazzling, ethereal display of blue and green light.

You can book a flight directly to Francisco B. Reyes Airport (Coron) from the main airports in the Philippines, or take a ferry from El Nido to Coron which takes 4-5 hours.
